Mark Your Calendars: 2021 Fire & Ice Festival - Delmarvalous! The Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce is working with the State of Delaware in order to provide a safe and fun event for all participants, sponsors, volunteers, and staff. This is a rain or shine event!Check it out - activities starting on 2/21 - main festival is from 2/26 - 2/28. A complete schedule of events is posted on FireandIceDE.com .

Upcoming Collins Street Project

Project designed to improve bike and pedestrian safety
DelDOT accepted Town’s plan to address pedestrian issues on Kent Ave
Town agreed to pay for design & construction work
Turtle Walk & Bethany West pedestrians & bikers will be able to utilize a new path on Collins St & continue onto a newly created walkway traveling south from Collins to Wellington Pkwy
New crosswalk & pedestrian warning light to be installed at Wellington Pkwy & Kent Ave
The route connects to the existing crosswalk & pedestrian warning light at Wellington Pkwy & Rt. 1
Start date uncertain - work is contingent upon a recovery of revenue streams impacted by COVID-19
