Wendy Henry and her husband Tom bought their first house in Bethany Beach in 2013 after spending multiple summer vacations in Bethany. In 2018, they moved into the new home Tom built in the Canal and became Delaware residents.
Raised as an Army “brat,” Wendy was born in Germany and traversed the US during her childhood, landing in Northern Virginia during high school. Educationally, Wendy holds a BA in Economics from the College of William and Mary and an MS in Information Systems from George Mason University’s School of Information Technology and Engineering. Having spent her career as an accomplished technology executive and visionary leader working with government and commercial clients, Wendy retired from Deloitte Consulting in late 2024.
